摘要:我国的体育教育有了快速的发展,体育竞赛项目也日益增多,人民的运动意识进一步增强,全民健康意识有了大踏步的发展,加之运动健康管理和机体运行管理研究进一步深入推进,使得体育运动食品的功效和作用机制也有了进一步认识,人们越来越关注体育运动食品的功效,作用机制,以及市场动态。如何才能更有效的确保体育经济和食品产业充分融合,推进运动健康管理全面发展,这是需要持续关注的焦点问题。基于此,本文重点分析体育运动食品的分类、功效、作用机制以及市场动态等相关内容。

Functional Mechanism and Market Dynamic Analysis of Sports Food

Abstract:At present, sports education in our country has achieved rapid development, sports competitions are increasing day by day, people’s sports consciousness is further strengthened, the whole people’s health consciousness has made great progress, and the study of sports health management and body operation management has been further advanced, which makes the efficacy and mechanism of sports food more comprehensively understood, and people are more and more fully aware of the efficacy, mechanism and market dynamics of sports food. How to ensure the full integration of sports economy and food industry and promote the overall development of sports health management is the focus of continuous attention. Based on this, this paper focuses on the classification, efficacy mechanism and market dynamics of sports food.
